Thinkout Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms are between you and Jakub Zajíček, Czech Republic, the maker of Thinkout ("we"). By using Thinkout, you agree to them. Apple's standard license for App Store apps (the Licensed Application End User License Agreement) also applies.

Who can use it

Thinkout is for adults. You need to be at least 16.

Your writing is yours

Everything you write in Thinkout stays yours. You let us store it in your backup and, after your OK in the app, send it to the AI services that write Coach's notes, only to run the app for you. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

Coach's notes come from AI

Coach's notes, checks and the replies from the people in each Thinkout are written with AI. They can be wrong. They are practice feedback, not professional advice about health, law, money or relationships. The people and stories in Thinkout are made up.

Coach is AI, not a therapist and not a crisis service. If you might hurt yourself or someone else, or you're in danger, call your local emergency number or a helpline: 988 in the US and Canada (call or text), or find 1 near you at findahelpline.com.

Play fair

Don't use Thinkout to break the law, to harass anyone, or to try to break, overload or trick the service (for example by writing instructions to the AI instead of an answer, or by using it outside the app). We may limit how much 1 account can use the service each day, so it stays fast and affordable for everyone.

Subscriptions

Your first Thinkout is free. After that, Thinkout and Coach's notes need Thinkout Pro, a subscription.

Changes to Thinkout

We keep improving Thinkout, so features can change. We may also stop the service one day. If we do, we'll tell you in the app first.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Thinkout running well, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will always work or be error free. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live.

The law

Czech law applies to these terms. If you live in the EU, you also keep the consumer rights of your own country.
